I always loved slam poetry. I met Rudy Francisco on 11/11/2011 and got his autograph. He is so down to earth and sweet. I hope he continues to bless the world with his poetry.

Lovely poetry. It REALLY kicks in nearer the end making you go “shit, why didn’t I write this?!!??” 

I mean, I was in awe at some of it, really, and the audience get it too, so powerful and moving… though all about a girl he hasn’t met… which sort of dampens it for me, but you can’t knock it.
